DistractChicago.com is a comedy website that serves up all sorts of funny videos and series for the Chicagoland area. We specialize in being local, and our mission is to provide a worthwhile daily distraction for those stuck on the bus, the train, at work or anywhere else you might be throughout the day. Every week we premiere new episodes from our many webisode series including News in a Minute, The Windy City Show, and Ride the Future.

DistractChicago.com is run by Distract Chicago Productions LLC, a community of videographers, writers, and actors. We love what we do, and plan on doing a heck of a lot more of it, so if you want to join in on the fun, head over to the jobs section.

We here at DistractChicago.com love Chicago so much we put it in our name. We're interested in everything going on in this great city, so if you got something awesome happening let us know. Whether it's a gerbil race or a Smurf festival, we'll probably check it out, and bring one of our correspondents with us.

Distract Chicago Producitons LLC was founded by Dan Finnen, Derek Cox, and Darik Hall in the summer of 2011. Dan and Derek run production up in Chicago, while Darik designs and runs the website from his secret couch fortress in Indiana.
